Types of Feedback

How to Report Bugs

Good bug reports help us fix issues faster. Please include:

1. URL where it happened - The exact page address
2. Steps to reproduce - What did you do before the bug occurred?
3. Expected behavior - What should have happened?
4. Actual behavior - What actually happened?
5. Screenshots - Visual proof helps tremendously
6. Browser/Device - Chrome, Firefox, Safari? Desktop or mobile?

How to Suggest Features

We prioritize feature requests that:

• Solve a real problem for artists or reviewers
• Align with our mission of ethical music reviews
• Benefit multiple users (not just edge cases)

When suggesting a feature, please explain:

1. The problem - What are you trying to accomplish?
2. Your solution - How do you think it should work?
3. Who benefits - Artists? Reviewers? Both?
4. Priority - Is this critical or nice-to-have?

UI/UX Feedback

Tell us about confusing interfaces or workflows:

• Which page or feature?
• What was confusing about it?
• How do you think it should work?
• Any apps/sites that do this well?

What Happens Next

After you submit feedback:

1. We review it within 24-48 hours
2. Bug reports are triaged by severity
3. Feature requests are added to our roadmap for consideration
4. Critical bugs are prioritized for immediate fixes
