Get up and running with STANDARD in just a few minutes.

Choose Your Path

STANDARD supports three types of users:

For Artists

Step 1: Create an Account

Visit the registration page and enter your:

  • Email address
  • Display name (your artist name)
  • Password
  • Primary genre (optional)
Free Trial

All new accounts get 30 days of unlimited access. No credit card required.

Step 2: Browse Reviewers

From the home page, browse the reviewer gallery. Each reviewer card shows:

  • Their display name and genre specialty
  • Live status (green = currently live)
  • Number of reviews given
  • Current queue length (if live)

Step 3: Submit a Song

Click on a reviewer to visit their room. Then:

  1. Click "Submit Song"
  2. Enter your song details (title, link, genre)
  3. Choose a review tier:
    • Free - Basic review, lowest priority
    • Standard ($25) - Detailed feedback
    • Indie ($75) - Priority queue + comprehensive scoring
    • Pro ($150) - Top priority + full breakdown
  4. Submit and wait for your review

Step 4: View Your Dashboard

After submitting, visit your dashboard to:

  • See your submission status
  • View received feedback
  • Track your scores over time
  • Manage your song library

For Reviewers

Step 1: Apply to Be a Reviewer

Visit the reviewer application page and provide:

  • Your background and qualifications
  • Genre specialties
  • Links to your online presence
  • Agreement to our ethics policy

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

Once approved, complete your profile:

  • Upload a profile photo
  • Write a compelling bio
  • Set your genre specializations
  • Link your social accounts
  • Choose your room URL (e.g., /r/yourname)

Step 3: Set Up Payments

Connect your Stripe account to receive payments from reviews:

  1. Go to your profile settings
  2. Click "Set Up Payments" in the payment section
  3. Complete Stripe's identity verification (ID + banking details)
  4. Once verified, you'll see "Payments Active" on your dashboard

Note: Stripe verification typically takes 1-2 business days. You can set up your session while waiting.

Step 4: Go Live

  1. Go to your reviewer dashboard
  2. Click "Start Session"
  3. Configure your room settings
  4. Click "Go Live"
  5. Start reviewing songs in your queue!

For Guests

Don't want to create an account? No problem:

  1. Visit the guest submission page
  2. Enter your email (for receiving your review)
  3. Provide your song details
  4. Submit and wait for your feedback via email
Guest Limitations

Guests can't track progress, rate reviewers, or access the dashboard. Consider creating a free account for the full experience.
